Refund policy

Refunds

We do not offer refunds or replacements when customers enter the wrong shipping address. Do not send your purchase back to the address from which it came. 

If you wish to request a refund, please follow the steps below within in 7 days of receiving the product:

Email us at support@likeabossshop.com, and include:

  1. Name
  2. Order Number
  3. Any information on why you are requesting a refund

Understand we do not guarantee refunds. All sales are final.

 

Returned to Sender

If you provide the wrong address and your order is returned to us by the mail carrier, we will reship it to you. You will need to pay a shipping and handling fee to cover the costs of reshipping. If you choose not to have us reship the order, we will refund you, but the refund will not include original shipping costs, priority processing, or insurance. A 30% restocking fee will also be taken out of the refund. 

Sometimes, the manufacturer refuses these packages, or the postal carrier destroys them. Sometimes, they are lost in transit. In any case where we do not receive the package back, we can provide a 50% store credit towards a new item.

If you provide the correct address, we will reship the order to that address free of charge. If you want to change the address, you must pay the shipping and handling fee.

Order Cancellation

All of our products are made on demand, especially for each customer at the time that they order.  Because of this, we can only cancel or modify orders within the first 12 hours after purchase. 

Clearance Items

Items sold on clearance cannot be returned or refunded. They may not include original packaging, and we make no guarantees about their condition.

Warranties

Our standard refund and replacement policy lasts 30 days from the date your tracking number shows your order was delivered. If 60 days have passed since your purchase was received, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or replacement. 

International Shipping

Customs Duties, Taxes, and charges are not included in our base price. This is the shopper’s responsibility, as each country has different Customs Duties and Taxation laws.
